About Saagar Govil

Saagar Govil is the CEO of Cemtrex, a global, diversified industrial and manufacturing company. He joined Cemtrex in 2008, initially serving as a field engineer before moving into sales and management roles. In December 2011, he took on the role of CEO and President, leading the company's transition into new markets and product lines. Under his leadership, Cemtrex's revenues grew from $3M to over $100M, earning a spot on the Deloitte Fast 500 Technology companies list in 2012, 2015, and 2016. Saagar was named #17 on Business Insider’s “Top 100 of Silicon Alley” and “Top 40 Under 40” by Stony Brook University. He holds a B.E. in Materials Engineering from Stony Brook University, N.Y. His most recent project is the SmartDesk, a breakthrough IoT product that's reinventing the personal workspace.
