Saagar Govil is the CEO of Cemtrex, a world-leading diversified manufacturing and technology company. He joined Cemtrex in 2008, starting as a field engineer before moving into sales and management roles. He became the CEO and President in December 2011, leading the company's transition into new markets and product lines. Under his leadership, Cemtrex has grown from $3M in revenues to over $100M, earning a spot on the Deloitte Fast 500 Technology companies list in 2012, 2015, and 2016. Saagar has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2016, Business Insiders 17 on Top 100 of Silicon Alley in 2015, and Top 40 Under 40 by Stony Brook University in 2014. He holds a B.E. in Materials Engineering from Stony Brook University, N.Y. Saagar is passionate about leveraging AI and analytics in security and has spoken extensively on the topic. His most recent project is the SmartDesk, an innovative IoT product designed to revolutionize the personal workspace.
